My stay was nice of one night. The location offered was unbeatable near to Southampton, the city centre, public transport in the immediate neighborhood. It also was in next-door's garden. Overall I liked the stay and would recomand.

Fab setting.
Units with good lighting. Local to tourist attractions, walk from a theatre and an art gallery.

Fairly quiet rooms with a nice cooked breakfast and a large shower, for example. A lot of OUTSTANDING options for meal. Great and kind staffs, gave a few recommendations. Great and lovely location close to shopping centre, restaurants and shops within walking distance, and Shanklin, could not be better.

great service but dated decor
The staff were very helpful , providing assistance whenever needed. The cook at breakfast brought a refreshing level of entertainment, made the morning enjoyable.
Some areas in the hotel could benefit from a modern update.

The experience was quite mixed during our stay. While I enjoyed the charming breakfast on the first morning, the inconsistency on the second day was disappointing, especially when my son was denied a cooked breakfast. my child loved the two dogs on the property, which was a definite highlight. The parking situation was a nightmare, and we struggled to find spaces, making our stay a bit more stressful than expected.

We explored some local bars and enjoyed a lovely English breakfast at the B&B. The service was great, and the cute vibe. Just a heads-up, some rooms may not have the same standards, so check in advance!
Our room was quite small and had a noisy boiler. It was left on all night, hard to sleep. I wish we had been informed about that beforehand.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The breakfast was yummy, the cook was fun and entertaining. Our twin room was comfy n clean. Great location near the city center, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Loved the cozy vibe overall, felt just right for our stay.
The shared bathroom situation was a lil annoying at times, wish we had a private one instead. The towels weren't ready when we arrived, odd.

missingWrote a review on 09 Junvariety breakfastconvenient locationnoisy boiler
The breakfast offered a decent spread, with a nice variety of items available. Location proved handy with easy access to local shops and restaurants.
The room featured a troublesome boiler that cycled on and off throughout the night, leading to a disrupted sleep. The bathroom setup left much to be desired-small and scruffy, with a washbasin hard to navigate due to an overhead shelf. The curtains failed to adequately block out the street lights, resulting in an unwelcome glow all night. Parking availability was limited. The on-site areas were often full, leaving street parking as the only option.

decent stay with strong potential
The ground floor room offered easy access without hauling luggage. The spacious dining room allowed us to enjoy our meals comfortably. The scenic garden view added a serene touch to our stay.
Location is quiet but somewhat distant from the main attractions.
